	Maureen Grannan, RN, MS, Executive Director Maureen is inspired by the opportunity to lead an organization dedicated to solving one of the most pressing and important issues facing seniors today: how to live in one's own home and community safely, independently, and comfortably. Maureen oversees NAH's day-to-day operations and works closely with NAH's Board of Directors on strategic planning, community outreach, and financing. Previously, NAH's first member services coordinator, Maureen has lived in Newton for more than 27 years with her husband and two children. She holds degrees in nursing from Boston University and the University of Massachusetts.
	Christie Jacobs, Member Services Coordinator Christie, together with Hannah Goldberg, are resources for members seeking services from NAH. They work to ensure that the needs of members are being satisfied by our volunteers and vendors. Christie has had a long career in business - specializing in adult learning in corporate environments and organizational development - and academia. She has held consulting, marketing, and management positions at the Forum Corporation and in her own consulting firm. She has also been a frequent speaker at industry associations, and a founding member of the City of Boston Management Consortium. She has taught sociology at Boston University and Suffolk University, served as a Dean of Students at Lake Erie College, and is on the Board of the Simmons Graduate School of Management. She has worked with us in the office every Friday morning for the past year. She has a daughter who lives locally and a new poodle named Gracie.
	Hannah Goldberg, Member Services Coordinator Hannah, together with Christie Jacobs, are resources for members seeking services from NAH. They work as liaisons between members, volunteers and vendors to ensure that services required are performed and meet expectations. Hannah previously volunteered for NAH, conducting the member satisfaction surveys. Hannah holds a BA in biopsychology from Pine Manor College, Chestnut Hill. Now a retired drug safety specialist, she also worked as a coordinator for cancer clinical trials at Tufts Medical Center. A Boston native, Hannah recently moved from Natick to nearby Watertown. She has four children, (three sons and a daughter) and eight grandchildren.
	Kathy Dolan, Office Assistant Kathy joined the NAH staff in 2017 after volunteering in our office for over a year. She is responsible for maintaining the event calendar and recording event attendance, writing/coordinating weekly and monthly newsletters, maintaining volunteer records, and so much more. She retired from the Newton Public Schools as Executive Assistant in an elementary school office and previously worked as an elementary school library aide. After graduating with a BS in mathematics from Grove City College, Kathy started her career as a pension actuary. She lives in Newton with her husband, Eddie, a long-time NAH volunteer, and their rescue dog Rusty. Kathy has two adult children and three grandchildren. She grew up near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
	Amy Kraus, Program Coordinator Amy manages our extensive program and event activities for NAH. She coordinates our Affinity Groups, collaborates with other organizations and speakers to arrange for additional events, and manages our event calendar. She will also work closely with the fundraising committee in planning fundraising events. She started her career as a social worker and also has additional work experience in youth programming, retail sales, office management, and tutoring. She holds an MSW from the University of Southern California and a Master’s in Jewish Non-Profit Management from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. She grew up in Wisconsin and now lives in Belmont with her husband Jonathan and her chocolate lab Bartlet. She has two adult children.
